Naturopathic Healing

Patients generally are seeking treatment for standard medical conditions, such as fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, high blood pressure, PMS, thyroid disorders, etc.  Other patients are doing well but just want to establish a relationship with a naturopathic doctor.  New patients can expect to spend 90 minutes at the first visit, generally followed by labs in order to customize a treatment plan.


Dr. Potter’s office is a Fee For Service Clinic. Personal checks and debit/credit cards are accepted.

Dr. Jennifer Potter, N.D.

Dr. Jennifer Potter is a licensed naturopathic medical doctor offering a full range of medical services – from diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions to healthy visits – all with a natural approach. She is located in Palo Alto, CA.

Dr. Potter works in partnership with each patient to get to the primary cause of their health concerns. She focuses on collaborating with patients to develop a holistic treatment plan that is effective and sustainable, empowering her patients through education, while assisting them to achieve their most vibrant health.

Dr. Potter uses all methods of clinical and laboratory diagnostic testing including; nutritional medicine, dietetics and therapeutic fasting; medicines of mineral, animal and botanical origin; therapeutic exercise; homeopathy; psychotherapy and counseling; injection therapy; and prescription hormones.

Naturopathic treatments are effective in treating a wide variety of conditions without the need for additional intervention, and naturopathic therapies can also be used to complement treatments used by conventionally trained medical doctors. The result is a patient-centered approach that strives to provide the most appropriate treatment for an individual’s needs.

She is a graduate of the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is also a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the California Naturopathic Doctor Association.

First Office Visit

Please complete the following forms and bring them with you to your first visit. If you are currently taking any medications or supplements please bring those with you to the first appointment, as well as copies of any recent labwork.

Insurance: It never hurts to try to submit for reimbursement. In lieu of directly billing your insurance provider the doctor will provide you with a superbill at the end of your visit which you can submit to your insurance company. It is up to you, the patient, to determine insurance coverage.

You can upload your completed forms on the left side of this page. Save the completed forms under a unique file name of your choosing (For example: JohnDoeIntake.pdf) and upload them using the box on the left. Dr. Potter will have them before your first appointment!
